About Andrew Harrison
Indian-American saxophonist Dr. Andrew Harrison is recognized for performances that unite lyrical depth, virtuosity, and expressive storytelling. Praised for playing "brimming with lyricism" (New York Concert Review) and delivering "electric performances of stunning expression" (Classical Sonoma), he appears as a concerto soloist and chamber musician with orchestras, festivals, and universities across the United States. Harrison has commissioned and premiered more than sixty chamber works and seven concerti and is the co-founding artist of Duo HaLo, a critically acclaimed partnership with pianist Dr. Jason Lo devoted to expanding the saxophone repertoire.
